Data characteristics
Population Adult patients (18–120 years). Contraindications are the same as for Head and Neck CTA, including iodine allergy, asthma, renal insufficiency, severe cardiovascular disease, and cachexia. Use with caution in case of: 1. Moyamoya disease or brain tumors. 2. Vascular malformations or extreme tortuosity of head/neck vessels. 3. Prior cerebrovascular surgery (e.g., stents, embolization, clipping). 4. Poor image quality due to noise, motion, or metal artifacts (e.g., stents, dentures).
