Adult patients (18–120 years). Contraindications are the same as for Runoff CTA, including iodine allergy, asthma, renal insufficiency, and severe cardiovascular conditions. Use with caution in case of: 1. Low artery contrast or delayed/early phase scans. 2. Metal implants or prostheses in the lower limbs. 3. Motion artifacts or poor image quality (e.g., low SNR, metal artifacts).
